At GuideB, we create everything in-house, from the initial design to the final product. Our team designs and produces all parts of our electric bicycles, including aluminum frames, our custom app, electronic components, batteries, lights, and even accessories like mounts and phone holders.
Our production process involves high-precision CNC machining of aluminum parts followed by welding and a special coating process. We also use plastic injection and 3D printing to create high-quality components. Our electronic parts are made right here, using our own PCB manufacturing equipment, ensuring each GuideB bike is built to perfection.
